This lot offers four ticket stubs from the 1972 World Series between the Reds vs. A's, with two from Game 1 and two from Game 2. The stubs average EX to EX/MT condition, with the A's taking both games at Riverfront Stadium. Game 1 featured two home runs by Gene Tenace and two hits each from Pete Rose and Tony Perez. Game 2 featured a six-hit gem by Catfish Hunter, with Rollie Fingers coming on to seal the 2-1 victory.
