This really well preserved Calvin Coolidge signed document is from 1924 and appoints Maxwell Moorhead to the position of Foreign Service Officer in the Senate. The oversized presidential seal is full intact, with signatures from Coolidge and Charles Evans Hughes (Sec. of State) arriving with a full LOA from PSA/DNA. The document has some pinholes and small flaws around the edges and a slight color difference about 2.5 inches from the border on all sides probably as a result of being framed for a number of years.
