As Fleer officials maneuvered to find a way into the mainstream baseball card market as the decade of the 1950’s came to a close, the Philadelphia-based company would produce a number of non-sport offerings like this quaint Indians issue from 1959. Consisting of relatively crude color paintings of legendary American Indians, tribes and nations, this particular specimen offered in nine-pocket sheets in a binder displays the standard size cards to good effect and an overall Ex-Mt to Near-Mint condition, with a couple of cards below to Excellent.
