Presented here is a high-grade example of the 1959 Topps Batman non-sport offering, in this instance the Riddler Back series, the card set that commemorated the popular television show of the day heralding the exploits of the comic book legend. This is a particularly attractive mostly Ex-Mt to Near-Mint array, with a few below in a specimen housed in nine-pocket sheets in a binder and boasting a remarkably consistent look, with bold colors, excellent photo registration and good gloss, and minimal chipping of the black borders that so readily revealed even the slightest wear. As was often the case at the time, the first card here shows a bit more wear at Very Good to Excellent. The missing cards are Nos. 3, 12, 25, 26, 29, 32 and 36.
