Presented here is a rare opportunity to launch on a truly high-grade 1963 Topps Baseball complete set with a sparkling group of HOFers, key stars and specials and around 350 super condition commons, all boasting blazing, vivid colors, sharp photos and gloss. It’s an array that features a baker’s dozen Hall of Famers – including Mays, Yastrzemski, Kaline, Musial, Berra, Drysdale, Banks, Gibson, Marichal, Killebrew and others - and nearly three dozen other major stars and specials. Fully 37 percent of the array is Near-Mint or better and another 32 percent Ex-Mt or better, plus nearly ¼ of the rest Excellent, making for a remarkably pristine and consistent presentation in a condition-sensitive issue that so readily reveals even the slightest bits of wear on the colorful bottom panels. It’s a great marker of a truly outstanding, high-grade offering when you discover more Near-Mint or better than Ex-Mt cards, which is the case here.
