The Yankees won their first championship under legendary skipper Joe Torre with the help of these five pitchers featured on this ball. This ball is signed by Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettite, David Cone, David Weathers and Dwight "Doc" Gooden. Rivera is signed on the sweet spot in light blue ballpoint pen. Pettite and Gooden used the same type of pen, while Weathers used a solid blue pen and Cone used a black pen. The Weathers has a little bit of bleeding in the signature near the end of his first name. This baseball has been authenticated by JSA with a basic certificate and matching sticker affixed to the ball.
