This is a nice example of an important 1960’s Topps football issue near the close of the decade as the National and American Football Leagues were beginning a merger that would ultimately cement professional football as the unchallenged behemoth that it has become. The offered set is generally Ex- Mt to Near-Mint, with the emphasis to the lower end of the scale and perhaps a dozen or so falling below the range to mostly Excellent. An extra No. 219 Checklist is included, bringing the total to 220.
