The only President to serve non-consecutive terms Grover Cleveland signed this 13x15 display in black steel-tip fountain pen. In the display features a 4x7 photo of the former President, the upper corner of the photo has a small tear. Below the photo is where Cleveland signed this display on June 17, 1903. The signature has been authenticated by BAS with a full LOA. The signature has been graded a perfect 10.
