Truly a remarkable rarity, this elegant 6-by-9 ¼-inch album pictures the stunning fish paintings from the Allen & Ginter 50 Fish From American Waters Series, with each handsome image displayed on 12 pages of this album, with generally five or six cards on each page arrayed around attractive paintings of fishing, camping or nautical scenes. The offered example boasts wonderful colors and gloss and is in a strong Excellent to Ex-Mt overall condition, with the original string binding intact. This is one of the great non-sport treasures from the era, a depiction of a coveted early tobacco issue that is unmatched in its presentation and beauty.
