Topps produced another set of stamps in 1962 to be inserted with the company’s regular-issue set, and offered here are 10 of the two-stamp panels from that issue, along with the official album that was provided for eager young collectors way back when. The 44-page album presents in essentially Very Good fashion, jostled by the inside back cover that would be described as Fair and pages inside in the same fashion, but largely to a number of stamps that have been removed leaving residual tape or glue marks. The 10 stamp panels generally present in spectacular fashion, with most assessed as Near-Mint and the discrepancies noted below. The breakdown: Bedell/Wilhelm, Freeze/Allison, Burdette/Mathews, Mossi/Bruton, Robinson/Fairly and Woodling/Green are Near-Mint; Groat/McClain presents Near-Mint but has a light crease on the tab; Face/Minoso is Near-Mint o/c, and Cash/Crandall and Crandall/Boyer are Good.
