Two of the greatest men to ever steal bases grace the front of this 1983 Topps cello pack. The pack features Rickey Henderson - the All-Time leader in stolen bases and Tim Raines - fifth All-Time as the 1982 Stolen Base leaders. This pack has been graded a PSA 9 with only one graded higher. This pairing has been graded only twice.
