This lot offers six different signed baseball prints from Murray Tinkelman. There are four 16x20 prints, including Don Larsen (signed in blue Sharpie, numbered 14/560 and signed by artist in blue ballpoint pen); Tom Henrich (signed in blue Sharpie, numbered 545/650 and signed by the artist in pencil); Andre Dawson (signed in blue Sharpie, numbered 31/125 and signed by the artist in pencil); and Vince Coleman (signed in blue Sharpie, numbered 2/125 and signed by the artist in pencil). Also included are two 11x14 prints, including Bobby Thomson (signed in blue ballpoint pen, numbered Artist's Proof 7/12 and signed by the artist in blue ballpoint pen) an Bucky Dent (signed by both Dent and artist in blue ballpoint pen and numbered Artist's Proof 3/5). Tinkelman is an award-winning artist who has won gold medals from the Society of Illustrators, The New York Art Directors Club and the Society of Publications Designers. His illustrations have appeared in a variety of publications such as Atlantic Monthly, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. He has had a one-man exhibit of his baseball art at The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in 1994.
