Bernie Kosar signed the Mitchell and Ness jersey on the numeral 1 in gold sharpie of his 19 Cleveland Browns jersey. This jersey does have significant wear to it as there is peeling on the right sleeve along with staining throughout the jersey, most notably around the right shoulder, collar and inbetween the letter K and 1. The jersey also has loose threading spots. The signature has been authenticated by BAS with a basic COA.
