Rocky Bleier fought many battles on the gridiron and for the United States in Vietnam. The Hall of Famer and War Veteran signed this jersey on the back of his number 20 in sliver sharpie on the "2". Bleier also inscribed SB IX, X, XII and XIV on the bottom of the 2. The jersey does have slightly loose threading on the shoulders along with brown staining - most notably on the lower right side of the jersey. The signature has been authenticated by BAS with a basic COA.
