Dwayne Wade signed this Reebok Authentics jersey on the back in black sharpie on his patened number "3". This jersey, sized 54, still comes with the original tags stating that is from NBA Authentics. The back of the jersey also has a little bit of browning spots near where Wade signed the jersey. As a bonus, the winner will also receive a 2004-05 Bazooka rookie card featuring the NBA star dunking. The signature has been authenticated by BAS with a basic COA.
