Here are seven blazing, Nr-Mt to Mint or better complete sets devoted to the Olympics and Tiger Woods, a pretty fair combo if we’ve ever seen one. Four complete 99-card Topps Olympics cards from 1983 include legendary figures like Ali, Owens, Thorpe, Didrickson, Wilma Rudolph, Patterson, Forman, Frazier, Eruzione, Craig, Button and the rest of the gang commemorating Olympic heroics in a rare fusion of both the Winter and Summer Games. The second half of the lot features three 2001 Upper Deck Tiger Woods cards, the 30-card set that was part of the Carlsbad, Calif.-based company’s enthusiastic embrace of the young golfer as he neared the peak of this dominance. The three sets – in their original box and cellophane packaging – boast 30 cards each highlighting the historic career – up to that point – of the man who is arguably the greatest golfer who ever lived.
