This is a very impressive grouping – with some duplication – of primarily 1964 and 1965 Topps Baseball, presented here in a nice, consistent Ex-Mt to Near-Mint condition, with a few below and featuring several Hall of Famers, a number of stars, All-Stars, Rookies, Team cards and Checklists. The grouping from the popular 1965 issue boasts blazing colors in the team-coded panels, sharp photography and nice gloss, along with clean backs, all combining for a nice overall presentation. In addition to the 172 cards from 1965, there are about two dozen cards from 1966-67 in a condition range just a bit below the main group, generally Excellent to Ex-Mt. From 1965 the roster includes Hall of Famer Casey Stengel, three Checklist cards, four League Leaders and many of the Rookie cards. As noted above, the array – with hardly any duplication - is broadly Ex-Mt to Near-Mint, with some below mostly to Ex-Mt and the overall emphasis to the upper end of the scale.
