This is a nice example of the important 1966 Topps Baseball issue, a colorful and elegantly designed offering that has long been a popular choice for vintage collectors. The example tendered here is essentially Excellent to Excellent to Mint, with a couple of dozen below to VG-Ex or VG and perhaps two dozen above to Near-Mint and the emphasis probably to Excellent. This example has nice color and photo registration and is a good representation of a key issue from the era. Even with almost seven dozen cards AWOL, including several keys and 53 of the difficult high numbers, the offering boasts an imposing pedigree for a near-complete set. The cards have a nice uniform presentation, with excellent photo registration and color intensity, good centering and gloss. A roster of the missing numbers appears at the end of this listing.
