San Diego Padres reliever Glenn Hoffman wore this 1969 style jersey and pants on April 25, 2009 as the Padres fell to the Pittsburgh Pirates 10-1. Although, Hoffman didn't pitch in the game, there is some light use evident in the right chest area, between the "D" and "R" in Padres, along with some light use on the left side of the front near the buttons. The jersey has been authenticated by MLB with hologram number BB852810 affixed on the main tagging on the lower right edge. Hoffman also signed the "7" in his number 47 with a silver sharpie. The pants have the numbers "47 36-40 33 1969 stitched inside the waistline.
