Michael Cuddyer wore this jersey during the All-Star Workout Day and Home Run Derby during the 2011 All-Star Game festivities played in Phoenix. This jersey has two patches - one per sleeve. The right side has the 2011 MLB All-Star Game patch sewn on and the left sleeve has the Minnesota Twins patch. Cuddyer also signed the back of this jersey on his number "5" with MLB hologram FJ744241 also affixed on the 5 to verify the authenticity.
