This is an intriguing grouping of vintage and modern mostly Hall of Famers from three different sports and headlined by some of the biggest stars of their eras, including several key Rookie cards from the gridiron. In addition to the 14 Hall of Famers pasteboards, there are five First Day Covers featuring a number of other legendary figures from basketball and football. The breakdown: 1961 Fleer Bill Russell No. 38 – Excellent; 1972 Topps Bill Bradley No. 2 – Ex-Mt; 1973 Topps Bradley No. 122 – Ex-Mt and 1976 Topps Bradley No. 7 – Nr-Mt; (cards from the 1980s and 1990s are at least Near-Mint or often better) 1983 Topps Marcus Allen Rookie No. 294; 1984 Topps Dickerson No. 280; 1988 Topps Bo Jackson No. 327; 1988 Topps Okoye; 1989 Score Thomas Rookie No. 32 and Aikman Rookie No. 490; 1991 Pro Set Smith No. 1 and 1992 Pro Set Sanders No. 1; 1984 O-Pee-Chee Gretzky No. 216; and 1991 Upper Deck Jagr No. 356. The final element in the lot features five (5) First Day Covers from Little Sun in 1996, all in essentially as-issued, pristine condition: 1) Dennis Rodman; 2) Allen Iverson; 3) Chamberlain/Russell; 4) Baylor/Pettitt; and 5) Abdul-Jabbar/Mikan.
