Sergey Karasev wore this Adidas Game-Used Reversible Home Practice Jersey as a member of the New York Nets during the 2014-15 season. This jersey has a "Hospital for Special Surgery" patch on the upper right corner of the jersey. On the lower right end of the jersey is where the main tagging is "Length "2" tag attached to the main tagging along with the word "Karasev" written with a blue marker. There also is a Steiner hologram affixed to the jersey and it comes with a LOA from Steiner.
