Graded VG 3 by PSA. Very attractive mid-grade example of this classic tobacco card of Hall of Famer Ty Cobb. The green background pose has long been considered the rarest of the four poses of Cobb in the T206 set. The offered example has virtually flawless registration, even wear at the corners (more in the upper right), and centering slightly toward the left border. There is a diagonal crease in the lower right along with a small vertical crease along the left border even with Cobb's head. Piedmont 350 advertising reverse is boldly printed. A very attractive example of one Cobb's most popular cards from the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era.
