In the first of three World Series appearances for the great Philadelphia Athletics dynasty at the end of the 1920s, Connie Mack’s ball club prevailed over the Chicago Cubs in five games. This elegant blue enamel pin features the famed A’s Elephant in white at the center, with gold lettering of “Press” and “Athletics” top and bottom. The pin has the original threaded post and clasp and only minimal tarnishing on the reverse, with barely the slightest whisper of wear on the front, typically visible only with the most careful scrutiny.
