The rough-and-tumble early 1950s era National Football League is brought to life with this iconic 128-card complete set of 1954 Bowman, a truly handsome compilation of these difficult cards that is markedly better than they are typically found in older collections. The offered set is pretty evenly divided between Very Good, VG-Ex, Excellent and Ex-Mt, with a couple of cards above the range to Near-Mint and about a dozen below, mostly to Good. It comes out to 21 percent Ex-Mt, 17 percent Excellent, 25 percent VG-Ex and 21 percent Very Good.
