This 1969-70 Topps Tom Williams single arrives signed in blue ballpoint pen. "Tommy the Bomber" died of a heart attack in 1992 and his signatures are pretty scarce, but this one arrives authenticated and slabbed by BAS. The signature has a light coat of gloss over it.
