Offered is a 1972 Topps Football Series 3 wax box with 24 beautiful unopened packs contained inside. The packs are in the same mint condition as is the outer box. This was an exciting series for collectors and the last Topps football set to have scarcer High Numbers. Inside any one of the 10-cent packs is a possible Mint or even Gem Mint cards featuring stars/HoFers or condition scarcities like Rayfield Wright, Bob Griese-All Pro, Alan Page-All Pro, Bob Lilly-All Pro, John Gilliam, Steve Spurrier Rookie, Checklist 264 - 351, Alan Page, Milt Morin, Rayfield Wright Rookie, Bob Wallace, George Atkinson, Andy Russell, Mercury Morris, Charley Taylor, Steve Spurrier In Action, Dick Butkus In Action, Joe Namath In Action, Steve Owens, George Blanda In Action or Ken Willard plus many other All Pro or In Action cards. The outer box presents mint as do the interior packs which are all bright and shiny and pristine looking. The box has been authenticated and shrink-wrapped by Steve Hart of Baseball Card Exchange, who noted that this box originated from Larry Fritsch Cards.
