Much is made of Gehrig’s consecutive game streak and his prowess at the plate, but rarely do people talk of how great Gehrig was in World Series play. In 34 total World Series games, Gehrig hit .361 with 10 home runs and 35 RBI’s, while fielding his position flawlessly. Greatness happens when the spotlight burns brightest. This PSA 2 has a small spot of paper loss to the right of Gehrig’s hands or it might be headed for EX.
