This Rawlings glove which shows extensive use, was used by pitcher Jamie Moyer who played MLB for 25 years with eight different teams. At the time of his final game, he was the oldest player in the major leagues and had the most wins, losses, and strikeouts of any MLB pitcher. On April 17, 2012, Moyer became the oldest pitcher in MLB history to win a game. On May 16, 2012 he set the record for the oldest MLB player to record a RBI and holds the MLB record for most home runs allowed with 522. The ‘83 All Star has received numerous awards for his philanthropy and community service including the 2003 Roberto Clemente Award, the 2003 Gehrig Memorial Award, 2003 Hutch Award, and the 2004 Branch Rickey Award. The glove features Moyer's jersey number "49" near the Rawlings logo by the thumb and "Moyer" is written in black marker below "Wing Tip." The glove is a model PRO-3X-BC and Moyer has signed the inside of the glove in black Sharpie, with the signature authenticated by BAS with a basic COA.
