Presented is an attractive Notre Dame helmet from All-American guard John Scully, who followed his sterling career in South Bend with a 10-year tenure with the Atlanta Falcons. The Wilson 2000 Style helmet is the oversized shell Size 7 5/8 to 7 ¾, with full cage mask with Green Dot and Wilson front bumper; use is likely attributed to 1979 or 1980. It features the double-low hookup snaps for chinstraps (apropos), but the straps are not present. “Scully” appears over the left earhole and warning stickers over the right; helmet has the “waffle iron” leather padding interior.
