Here are nearly three dozen cards in sparkling condition from one of the popular mid-1960s non-sport offerings, the black-and-white Leaf issue that had limited distribution in the Midwest and a legendary history for often quirky descriptions on the card backs and a genuine scarcity adding to the appeal. The offered group is entirely slabbed and graded by PSA, with the vast majority PSA 6 and above (87 percent). Here’s the breakdown: PSA 8 – No. 69; PSA 7 (11) – No. 11, 12, 15, 17, 21, 31, 36, 41, 55, 70 and 72; PSA 6.5 (2) – No. 22 and No. 67; PSA 6 (13) – No. 27, 38, 39, 40, 46, 47, 51, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64 and 65; PSA 5.5 (2) – No. 33 and No. 42; and PSA 5 (2) – No. 32 and 43.
