Presented are five 100-year-old-plus treasures from a golden era of baseball card collecting, three of the unique B18 Blankets that are actually 5 ¼-inch square flannels and a handsome pair of cards from the coveted T206 White Border Series that is the cornerstone of so many advanced collections. The two T206s are in a highly presentable condition, with striking bold imagery and vivid colors: Lindaman (with Sweet Caporal back) – Very Good and Fiere (Piedmont back) – VG-Ex. The three B18 Blankets, the charming flannels that were inserted with popular tobacco brands of the period, are uniformly Ex-Mt to Near-Mint, with wonderful colors and largely devoid of the dreaded fraying of the delicate threads that typically torments so many of these examples. The breakdown: 1) Peckinpaugh Green Infield, 2) Perdue White Infield, and 3) Wheat Green Infield.
1914 B18 Blankets Plus a Pair of T206s (5)
