This is a fine example of the popular 1971 Topps Baseball Coin issue, a striking Near-Mint or better blazer. The 1 ½-inch coins are neatly ensconced in holders and plastic sheets, providing a remarkably uniform and consistent presentation. The colorful coins are essentially as issued and problem-free, with no discernible difference in condition between the Tier One Hall of Famers and the lowliest of commons. Difficult to imagine finding a better-condition example of this key Topps peripheral issue from a half-century ago.
