Arguably one of the most instantly recognizable of all college football helmets, this striking OSU helmet has the silver shell and the classic striping, a Wilson-made gem with Riddell mask and Wilson chinstrap. Attributed to multiple players from the 1980s, it has “73” marked in red on the back-right of the helmet and over each ear hole. The ubiquitous Buckeye Award stickers are present as follows: five on the left side and 20 on the right. It has the waffle leather padding from the 1970s. The players listed as possible users include: Mark Krerowicz, offensive tackle from 1984; Joe Stasniak, offensive tackle from 1985; and Jeff Kuczek, offensive guard from 1986-87.
