Here are two complete and one near set of Topps baseball, all in high grades and boasting exceptional colors and gloss, with Hall of Famers and keys in each case conforming to the wider condition range. The breakdown: 1978 Topps (726) – Near-Mint or Near-Mint to Mint blazer, essentially as-issued cards and largely unimprovable; 1979 Topps (726) – Ex-Mt to Nr-Mt or better, with quite a few Excellent, with No. 116 Smith Rookie – Ex-Plus; and 1980 Topps Near Set (719/726) – in binder, with No. 482 Henderson Rookie in PSA 7 slab, generally Near-Mint or better, with No. 500 Seaver – VG-Ex, and No. 600 Jackson – Ex-Plus. The missing numbers: No. 180, 269, 304, 393, 450 Brett, 540 Rose and 580 Ryan.
