Offered is a virtually as-issued Louisville Slugger bat from the personal collection of former Detroit Tigers backup catcher Jimmie Price, who was a member of the remarkable 1968 World Series Championship squad that upset the favored St. Louis Cardinals and Bob Gibson in a seven-game thriller that October. The 34-inch bat has the famed Hillerich & Bradsby label with the MLB Centennial Logo alongside and Genuine K55/Jim Price (in script)/Louisville Slugger on the barrel.
