Here is a chance to pick up two pristine Topps football issues from more than two decades ago, issues headlined by coveted Rookie cards from Hall of Famers Randy Moss and Peyton Manning, along with a strong Rookie lineup for both issues and the veteran roster of the legendary figures of the era. Both issues are found here in essentially as-issued condition, easily Near-Mint to Mint or better, with outstanding color and gloss and, in the case of the elegant Bowman Chrome set, with the spectacular mirror-like finish that has become a hallmark of modern sports card issues over the last three decades. The key Rookie cards have been graded and slabbed by PSA and provide a nice glimpse into the wider condition range – 1998 Topps Moss Rookie – PSA 10 and Manning – PSA 9; 1998 Bowman Chrome Moss Rookie PSA 8 and Manning Rookie PSA 8. The 1998 Topps set (360) features important Rookies Moss and Manning, plus Hines Ward, Fred Taylor and Ahman Green, along with a sterling veteran cadre with the likes of Sanders, Smith, Aikman, Favre, Rice and Elway, among others. The 1998 Bowman Chrome issue (220), with its unique Rookie/Veteran division of 110 cards each, boasts the same standout Rookie class and veterans like Elway, Rice and Sanders, all attractively presented in the shiny Chrome finish.
