This is a charming complete 55-card set of the campy 1966 Topps Lost in Space non-sport issue, the black-and-white cards that create an homage to a mid-1960s television series that lasted three years but turned into something of a cult classic as the years went by. Topps, always with its ink-stained finger on the pulse of the exuberant youth of America, managed to produce a 55-card offering that depicted scenes from the television series in the fashion that prevailed at the time, which is to say black and white. The offered set is in a highly collectible basically Excellent to Ex-Mt condition, with a few below and perhaps a half dozen pushing above the range to Near-Mint. The distinctive blue wrapper is in Ex-Mt-Plus condition. The No. 1 card is in Very Good condition.
