Offered is a pair of factory sets from the iconic 1989 Score Football issues, the company’s initial foray into the card collecting hobby and one that featured one of the great rookie-card classes of the modern era. Stalwarts such as Troy Aikman and Barry and Deion Sanders headline a class that also featured the likes of Michael Irvin, Thurman and Derrick Thomas, Tim Brown and Chris Carter. The two offered entities are factory sets from that historic year, largely as issued and jostled only by having Aikman and both Sanders AWOL from one of the two 330-card sets. As might be expected, cards are essentially as issued, seemingly in Near-Mint to Mint or better condition.
