Here are more than two dozen cards from the coveted 1909-11 T206 White Border Series, arguably the most important baseball card issue in history, and found here with six different tobacco brands from the card backs represented, some of those the genuine tough ones through the years. The breakdown: 1) American Beauty – Conroy – Very Good; 2) Sovereign – Hemphill – Good; 3) Old Mill (2) – Otey and Schei – Fair; 4) Polar Bear (3) – Bradley – Good and Bush and Willett – Fair; 5) Piedmont (2) – Ames and Bescher – VG; and 6) Sweet Caporal (18) – Very Good (7) – Ball, Barry, Doolan, Elberfeld, Goode, Krause and Lennox; Good (9) – Banning, Byrne, Camintz, Flanagan, Howard, Jordan, Lord, Overall and Titos; Fair – Purtell; and Poor – Schaefer.
