Presented is an intriguing array of cards from the first-ever effort by the Exhibit Supply Co. of Chicago, the 1921 issue of 3 3/8-by- 5 3/8-inch blank-backed cards, representing almost 1/3 of a complete set and headlined by Hall of Famers Rogers Hornsby, George Sisler, Frankie Frisch, Jesse Haines and Bucky Harris. The breakdown (22): Excellent (4) – Perkins, Shocker, Williams and Smith; VG-Ex – Naylor; Very Good (6) – Daubert, Harris, Kerr, Rapp, Shanks and Powell; Good (6) – Dykes, Gowdy, Haines, Olson, Tobin and Jacobson; Fair (4) – Fournier, Frisch, Hornsby and Sisler; Poor – Gerber.
