Presented is a truly rare opportunity to pick up nearly ¼ of a complete set of what is easily the most coveted of the postwar baseball card issues, the iconic 1952 Topps Baseball set that is widely considered the most important issue of the modern era and a natural starting point for so many advanced collections. There is some minimal duplication within the group, but still there are 88 different numbers out of the group of 110 from the low series of No. 1-310. Hall of Famer Red Schoendienst headlines an array that also includes many minor stars from the period; overall it comes out to 10 percent VG-Ex, 21 percent Very Good, 45 percent Good and 25 percent Fair. A single card, No. 251 Chico Carrasquel, is Ex-Mt.
