Here’s a baker’s dozen of the unique 1952 Star-Cal Decal Series that featured MLB stars on decals issued one (Type 1) or two (Type 2) decals per package, with the packages included here. Here’s the breakdown: Type 1 (6) - 4 1/8-by-6 1/8 inches) – Hodges, Jansen and Slaughter appear to be problem free – some light staining to Musial, Sauer and Schoendienst; Type 2 (7) – Carrasquel and Jansen appear to be problem free – some light staining to Cavaretta, Groth, Jackson, Lemon and Pierce.
