Presented is a remarkably attractive 10-card panel from the famed 1952 Wheaties card series, the 2-by-2 ¾-inch cards that appeared on the backs of Wheaties Cereal boxes. The popular cards feature a striking blue line-drawing against an orange background, set off by a wide, white border. In a unique issue that includes 30 athletes from different amateur and professional sports, with a portrait or in-action version provided for each. A total of 10 of the 30 are Major League Baseball players. The stunning 10-inch-square panel presents in Ex-Mt fashion but has a tiny nick on the right side.
