This is a truly remarkable array of pristine slabbed cards from the vaunted 1959 Topps Baseball issue, headlined by a total of seven (7) PSA 9 Mint cards and 50 PSA 8 slabs, the latter group including several Hall of Famers and a host of specials, most notably the iconic Baseball Thrills subset In the Sixth Series. With almost 100 of the slabs hitting PSA 7 or better, including 57 landing above PSA 8, the entire accumulation hits a conservative $5,000 SMR value. As noted, the PSA 8 roster includes the likes of Warren Spahn, Don Drysdale, Orlando Cepeda and Whitey Ford, while Brooks Robinson turns up in a glistening PSA 8.5 holder.
