Here’s yet another classic from the Topps Test archives: a 1968 Action Sticker Three-Card Panel with Orlando Cepeda, Willie Mays, Roberto Clemente and Harmon Killebrew in this quirky issue that features the top stars in the game in unique stickers that could be affixed to any surface. Issued in 3 ¼-by-15 5/8-inch three-card panels, the Cepeda panel is obviously one of the keys, with standouts Chris Short, Earl Wilson and Jim Fregosi joining the above-mentioned HOF contingent, all in a striking Ex-Mt-Plus condition.
