Presented is a nice example of the important 1976 Topps Baseball issue, a complete set (660) that is basically Ex-Mt to Near-Mint, with some below, along with a large group of extras. The complete set breakdown of keys: No. 1 Aaron Record Breaker – Good, 19 Brett – Near-Mint o/c, 98 Eckersley Rookie – Nr-Mt, 240 Rose – Ex-Mt-Plus, 330 Ryan – Nr-Mt, 500 Jackson – VG-Ex, 550 Aaron – Ex and 599 Guidry Rookie – Ex. The large group of extras (700) consists of mostly commons and considerable duplication, with a couple of hundred cards from the Traded subset; the extras are not quite as sharp as the complete set, more like Excellent to Ex-Mt for the majority and a couple of hundred cards below that, closer to Good to Very Good.
