As far as yearly breakdowns they are; 1957- 1980 - 16%, 1981-1990 - 32%, 1991-2000 - 15%, 2000 - present - 20%, misc. & team issue, reprints - 16% (all are approximations). There may be instances of heavy duplication (see Kevin Hickey below).
