Presented is a rare opportunity to pick up a highly collectible grouping of the coveted Hartland Statues from 1958-62, the 8 ½-inch plastic figures that were sold at ballparks and retail stores around the country and have been a hobby mainstay for more than six decades. Fourteen (14) of the 16 offered figures have no balance issues and stand without difficulty; only the Aparicio and Colavito pieces will require some tinkering. The breakdown: 1) Aaron – Ex-Mt, with bat; 2) Aparicio – Ex-Mt; 3) Banks – Excellent, with broken bat fragment included; 4) Berra – Ex-Mt, with no mask – light toning; 5) Colavito – Ex-Mt, with bat and toeplate not flat – some light toning; 6) Drysdale – Ex, with some toning; 7) Fox – Near-Mint; 8) Killebrew – Ex-Mt, with bat broken off at hands; 9) Mantle – Ex-Mt, with bat; 10) Maris – Ex-Mt, with bat; 11) Mathews – Ex, 12) Mays – Ex-Mt, with some minor glue residue at arm; 13) Musial – Ex, no bat; 14) Snider – Ex-Mt, no bat, with some toning; 15) Spahn – Ex, with some freelance artistic efforts to eyes and lips; and 16) Williams – Nr-Mt, with bat. It should be noted that in instances of broken or missing bat, replacement replicas are easily obtained on the Internet.
