Offered is a truly rare and important artifact from a half-century ago, a game-worn road jersey from speedy wide receiver Cecil Turner of the Chicago Bears, a garment linked to his 1970 Pro Bowl campaign when he returned four kicks for touchdowns, a record that still stands. The classic shirt is made of lightweight, tear-away material, with navy round neck and midnight navy/orange/midnight navy sleeve stripes that are embedded into the material. All alphanumeric identifiers are sewn on in the unique Bears font in navy-on-orange tackle twill with the NOB sewn directly onto the back. It has King O'Shea Size 44 labeling at the tail; it is an extraordinary specimen, showing great wear (10-plus repairs), and yet still in great condition.
